This gem exceeded my expectations and the staff were all amazing. The hotel is located in a very nice and quiet area in Cali opposite Parque Versalles and it is easy to travel to different parts of Cali from this location as there are always taxis available in the area. The rooms are very clean which are tended to daily by housekeeping. This will definitely be my number one choice when I return to Cali.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. We were a group of about 40 people. They were very accommodating in assigning the rooms so we were all close by. The hotel has a terrace where breakfast is served. After that is a great get together spot. We would definitely go back.

Fantastic place - exactly as the pictures and description say. Reception staff and restaurant staff were superb. Very friendly and helpful. Loved it. Super size suite. Lovely towels and very comfortable. Super close to the bus station.

This hotel is a newer building and looks great inside and outside. The bed was a king and had excellent comfort for a good nights sleep. The bathroom was excellent and the shower had plenty of hot water for a long relaxing shower.

The room was modern and clean. Good shower and air conditioning was nice. The lady who made breakfast was very friendly and patient with our basic understanding of Spanish.
